Dengan keadaan teknologi sekarang . rata-rata perniagaan percetakan mengunakkan teknik digital printing bagi mencetak bendera / flag atau banner yang bersize besar ,. Oleh kerana itu kos bagi setiap pengeluaran hasil dari percetakan digital agak tinggi berbanding dengan teknik silkscreen.

Seperti di ketahui ramai , hasil digital printing bergantung pada pengunaan Ink dan juga jenis machine yang digunakkan untuk mencetak pada bendera / flag.

Ok , kali ini kami kongsikan bagaimana cara yang kami gunakkan untuk print bendera / flag bersize besar 8 kaki x 4 kaki dengan mengunakkan teknik silkscreen . Perkara pertama yang anda perlukan adalah menyediakan peralatan seperti mesh , blok kayu besar , kertas filem design dan tempat expose yang besar. Kesemua peralatan in anda perlukan bagi memastikan kerja-kerja berjalan dengan lancar.,

Teknik silkscreen yang di gunakkan pada bendera / flag ini sama sahaja dengan teknik print yang digunakkan pada baju , t-shirt atau apa jenis pakaian. cuma bezanya hanya pada size print area. Bagi memudahkan kerja-kerja print bendera. Bendera /flag hendaklah di potong dahulu mengikut size yang di kehehendaki , kemudian didapatkan ukuran untuk logo atau design tertentu yang hendak di letakkan pada bendera. 

Bendera / flag yang di print mengunakkan teknik menghasilkan kualiti yang berbeza dengan digital print . warna yang solid , cost yang agak rendah dan boleh produce dalam kuantiti yang banyak pada satu-satu masa.

kapasiti pengeluaran kilang kami bagi menghasilkan bendera bersize 8 kaki x 4 kaki ini memerlukan masa dalam 5- 7 hari untuk 500 - 800 pcs siap untuk di hantar. Bagi size bendera yang lebih kecil mungkin masa boleh di singkatkan lagi.

Seelepas proses deposit dye ( silkscreen ) pada kain bendera , prose pengeringan akan dibuat ini kerana memasitkan hasil print tadi sekata dan tidak tertompok-tompok. Setelah betul-betul kering baru di hantar pada Department sewing untuk di jahit pada bahagian keliling bendera dan juga holding area.
